✅ Quality analysis - Janoshik

Our peptides are produced under strict quality and control standards. Each product is supplied in lyophilized form, which ensures stability and prevents deterioration during transport, even under unfavorable conditions. We test every batch.

❌ Why we don't offer solutions

We do not offer pre-made aqueous solutions because the peptide molecules in them are significantly less stable. The presence of water accelerates processes such as hydrolysis, oxidation, and aggregation, which leads to a gradual loss of activity and efficacy of the peptides.

Even under optimal conditions, the shelf life of peptide solutions is limited to about 4 weeks. Unlike aqueous solutions, the lyophilized form preserves the structure and biological activity of peptides for a long period - up to 24 months under refrigerated conditions and up to 4 months at room temperature.

❄️ Proper storage

When stored in a refrigerator at a temperature of 2°C – 8°C, the shelf life is up to 24 months. If kept at room temperature, stability is maintained for approximately 3–4 months.

After reconstitution, the peptides are in a more unstable form and should be stored in a refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.

📦 Delivery

At PurePeptide, we provide fast and secure delivery through Econt Express. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered to an Econt office or personal address with cash on delivery.

Standard delivery time is 1–3 days, with most shipments arriving within 1–2 days. After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive an SMS notification when the shipment arrives at the Econt office.

With us, you can be sure that your order will arrive quickly, reliably, and in excellent condition.

📖 Dissolution

  1. Work in a clean environment and use sterile supplies.
  2. Chill the peptide and bacteriostatic water in the refrigerator.
  3. Using a sterile syringe, draw the required volume of bacteriostatic water.
  4. Aim the needle at the inner wall of the lyophilized substance vial and slowly add the bacteriostatic water.
  5. Gently swirl the vial until the powder is completely dissolved.
  6. Store the reconstituted solution in a refrigerator at 2–8°C. Its shelf life under these conditions is 4 weeks.

What is Thymosin Beta-4?

Thymosin beta-4 is a natural peptide, composed of 43 amino acids, present in almost all human and animal tissues.

It belongs to the family of thymosin peptides and has been described in research models with a role in cell migration, angiogenesis, inflammatory response, and restorative processes. The synthetic version of this peptide is more widely known as TB-500. Thymosin Beta-4 is particularly active in areas of tissue damage, where it stimulates cell regeneration and the formation of new blood vessels.

These properties are why Thymosin Beta-4 is a subject of research interest in orthopedics, cardiology, dermatology, and sports medicine.

Observations on Thymosin beta-4

Thymosin Beta-4 is being researched for its possible effects on:

Healing of muscle and tendon injuries – an effect on recovery processes and tissue regeneration has been observed in research models.

Stimulation of angiogenesis – a described effect on the formation of new capillaries and local blood supply.

Anti-inflammatory effect – observed influence on inflammatory mediators and local edema.

Joint and bone health – a described effect on recovery processes after joint and bone injuries.

Healing of skin and connective tissue lesions – an effect on the healing of wounds and surgical incisions has been observed in research settings.

Improved recovery in athletes – faster recovery after exertion has been described in experimental models.

Neuroprotective potential – an observed role in peripheral nerve regeneration and limitation of neurotoxic damage.

Administration and dosage

In scientific literature, subcutaneous administration of doses from 0.5mg to 2mg, applied 3 times a week for 4-6 weeks, is most commonly encountered.

For 5 mg + 3 ml bacteriostatic water: 1.67 mg/ml → 0.15 ml = 0.25 mg = 250µg

Example values for 5 mg:

0.15 ml = 250µg

0.3 ml = 500µg

0.45 ml = 750µg

0.6 ml = 1 mg

0.75 ml = 1.25 mg

Scientific Data

Thymosin Beta-4 has been extensively studied in preclinical settings and in limited clinical trials.

In orthopedic research models, effects on tendon and muscle injury recovery, as well as on osteogenesis and inflammatory processes in joints, have been described.

In cardiological research models, a protective effect in ischemic myocardial damage has been observed, linked to angiogenesis and improved local blood supply.

In dermatological and plastic surgery studies, an effect on the healing of chronic skin wounds, ulcers, and surgical scars has been described.

In neurological research models, a potential effect on nerve cell protection and axon regeneration has been observed.

Application in Sports

Thymosin Beta-4 is prohibited by WADA for use in professional sports because it can:

  • accelerate recovery after muscle and tendon injuries

  • improve blood supply and tissue healing

  • reduce recovery time between heavy loads

  • increase endurance through optimized local circulation

Possible Side Effects

Rare and mild reactions have been described in research conditions, such as:

  • fatigue

  • headache

  • dizziness

  • redness or pain at the injection site

Less commonly, changes in appetite, drowsiness, or slight fluid retention may be observed.
