1. General Provisions
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions govern the rules for accessing, using, and placing orders through the website www.purepeptide.eu, owned and operated by PurePeptide Ltd., UIC 208640029, with registered office and management address: Sofia, 12 Byala Reka St., bl. 10, apt. 3
1.2. By placing an order, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accept these General Terms and Conditions fully and unconditionally.
1.3. Upon finalizing an order, explicit confirmation is required by checking the box "I agree to the General Terms and Conditions," which constitutes an electronic statement within the meaning of Article 13 of the Electronic Document and Electronic Certification Services Act and has the force of a distance contract.
1.4. Declaration of Business Activity
PurePeptide Ltd. is not a trader of medicinal products, medical devices, food supplements, or cosmetic products within the meaning of the Medicinal Products in Human Medicine Act (MPHM Act), the Food Act, and related subordinate regulations.
The company trades in chemical reagents and peptides intended solely for research and laboratory use (Research Use Only – RUO).
2. Research Use Only (RUO)
2.1. All products offered by PurePeptide Ltd. are clearly labeled as “Research Use Only (RUO)” and:
- are not intended for use in humans or animals;
- are not intended for diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or mitigation of diseases;
- do not constitute medicinal products, medical devices, food supplements, or cosmetic products;
- are not approved or licensed by BDA, EMA, FDA, or other regulatory bodies for medical or consumer use.
2.2. The customer declares that:
• purchases the products solely for laboratory and/or research purposes;
• possesses the necessary knowledge, qualifications, and conditions for working with laboratory reagents;
• bears full responsibility for the legality of their use.
2.3. PurePeptide Ltd. does not provide instructions, recommendations, or consultations regarding dosage, application, or effects on living organisms.
3. Disclaimer of Liability and Medical Claims
3.1. The information published on the site is solely informative and descriptive in nature, based on available scientific publications, and does not constitute medical advice, recommendation, or claim of efficacy.
3.2. All descriptions are formulated in a neutral, scientific, and past context, without guarantee of results.
3.3. PurePeptide Ltd. expressly disclaims any use outside the permissible RUO framework.
4. Orders and Payment
4.1. All prices are in EUR and BGN.
4.2. The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of:
• suspicion of unauthorized use;
• provision of false data;
• abuse or non-compliance with the RUO regime.
4.3. Payments are made through the methods specified on the site.
5. Delivery
5.1. Deliveries are carried out by licensed courier operators.
5.2. The risk passes to the customer from the moment the shipment is handed over to the courier.
5.3. PurePeptide Ltd. is not responsible for actions of customs or other control authorities.
6. Returns and Claims (in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act)
6.1. In accordance with Art. 57, paras. 5 and 6 of the Consumer Protection Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• products with damaged packaging;
• products requiring special storage conditions;
• laboratory reagents and sterile materials.
6.2. Claims are accepted only in case of proven manufacturing defect or shipping error, notified within 10 working days of receipt.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. All products are provided "as is".
7.2. PurePeptide Ltd. is not responsible for:
• improper or illegal use;
• damages from interpretation of information;
• consequences of use outside the RUO scope.
8. Personal Data
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with GDPR and is described in detail in the Privacy Policy.
9. Applicable Law
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Competent court: Sofia City Court.
