Delivery and Claims
Delivery
You receive your orders in the most convenient way for you. For your convenience, we offer the following delivery methods:
Delivery in Bulgaria

To an address: Via courier company ECONT, to an address specified by you.

To an office: Option to receive the shipment in person at the nearest ECONT office.
All shipments within Bulgaria are sent with an option for review and test, where applicable.
International Delivery (European Union)

International orders to European Union countries are sent via Bulgarian Post (standard international parcel).

Delivery time is usually 5–7 business days, depending on the recipient's country.
Processing and Delivery Time
-
Orders placed on business days are processed on the same or next day.
-
Orders placed on non-business days (Saturday and Sunday) are processed on the first subsequent business day.
-
Overall order processing may take 1 to 3 business days.
After dispatch, delivery to the customer takes:

1–2 business days within Bulgaria.
-
5–7 business days for international orders within the European Union.
In 90% of cases, you will receive your order on the first or second day after dispatch.
Returns and Claims
According to the Consumer Protection Act, customers – natural persons – have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods, without stating a reason, except in cases explicitly provided for by law.
Limitations of the Right of Withdrawal
Due to the nature of the products offered – research reagents requiring sterility and stability, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

products with damaged, opened, or unsealed vials;
-
products that have been used or dissolved;
-
products where sterility has been compromised;
Claim
A claim is accepted for product non-conformity with the contract, including in the following cases:
-
proven manufacturing defect through LC-MS or HPLC analysis;
-
shipping error (a different product than ordered was received).
Claim Period
A claim can be filed within 1 (one) month of establishing the non-conformity, but no later than the legally established deadlines, counting from the date of product receipt.
A manufacturing defect can be established after opening the vial, when necessary for the normal use of the product.
Conditions for Claim Review
The product must:

not be intentionally damaged;
-
be provided for inspection along with its packaging and label (where applicable).
If necessary, PurePeptide EOOD may request additional information.
Shipping Costs

In case of confirmed manufacturing defect or shipping error, shipping costs are borne by PurePeptide EOOD.
Payment
-
Bulgaria: Payment is made via cash on delivery or credit/debit card – you pay the order value upon receipt from the courier.

International orders (EU): Payment is made online via debit or credit card at the time of ordering.
