Peptides tested at Janoshik Labs
Our peptides are manufactured under strict quality and control standards. Each product is delivered in lyophilized form , which ensures stability and prevents quality deterioration during transportation, even under adverse conditions . We test every batch.
We do not offer ready-made aqueous solutions because in them the peptide molecules are significantly less stable . The presence of water accelerates processes such as hydrolysis , oxidation and aggregation , which leads to a gradual loss of activity and effectiveness of the peptides.
Even under optimal conditions, the shelf life of peptide solutions is limited to about 4 weeks . Unlike aqueous solutions, the lyophilized form preserves the structure and biological activity of the peptides for a long period - up to 24 months under refrigerated conditions and up to 4 months at room temperature.
When stored in a refrigerator at 2°C – 8°C, the shelf life is up to 24 months . If kept at room temperature , stability is maintained for approximately 3–4 months .
After reconstitution, the peptides are in a more unstable form and should be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
At PurePeptide, we provide fast and secure delivery. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered to your address in less than a week.
Standard delivery time is 3–7 days , with most shipments arriving within 2–3 days . After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email.
With us, you can rest assured that your order will arrive quickly, reliably, and in excellent condition.
GHRP-6 (Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide-6) is a synthetic hexapeptide of the GHRP family that acts as an agonist of the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a). Studies have shown stimulation of growth hormone (GH) secretion and marked activation of appetite mechanisms. In published data, GHRP-6 is described as a peptide with a more pronounced effect on GH secretion compared to Ipamorelin, but with lower selectivity due to possible activation of cortisol and prolactin. In research settings, it is studied for its effects on muscle growth, tissue repair and metabolic processes. In research models, effects on anabolism, bone health and lipolysis, as well as on deep sleep and appetite, have been observed.
GHRP-6 is being studied for its possible effects on:
Growth hormone stimulation - observed activation of GH pulses and IGF-1 levels
Anabolic effect on muscle mass and protein synthesis
Improved recovery - effect on regeneration after physical exertion
Joint and bone health - effect on bone mineralization and connective tissue repair
Influence on lipolytic processes
Studies on GH secretion in old age
Studies have observed a pronounced appetite-stimulating effect associated with activation of ghrelin receptors.
In the scientific literature, GHRP-6 is one of the most studied peptides from the GHRP (Growth Hormone Releasing Peptides) group. It has been found to stimulate endogenous growth hormone (GH) release in a dose-dependent manner by activating GHS-R1a receptors and promoting a physiological pulsatile rhythm of secretion.
GHRP-6 has been shown to increase GH and IGF-1 levels while simultaneously improving recovery processes, protein synthesis, and metabolic activity . A characteristic feature is the pronounced effect on appetite due to activation of ghrelin receptors , which distinguishes it from other GHRP analogues.
In experimental models, it has been reported that GHRP-6 may have a neutral or minimal effect on cortisol and prolactin , especially at moderate doses, making it preferred in a number of studies on metabolic and anabolic processes , aging , and tissue regeneration .
The scientific literature describes subcutaneous administration of 100-300 μg daily, divided into 1-3 applications.
At 5 mg + 3 ml bacteriostatic water:
Concentration = 1.67 mg/ml → 0.15 ml = 250 μg
At 10 mg + 3 ml bacteriostatic water:
Concentration = 3.3 mg/ml → 0.15 ml = 500 μg
Example values for 5 mg:
0.06 ml = 100 μg
0.12 ml = 200 μg
0.18 ml = 300 μg
0.24 ml = 400 μg
Example values for 10 mg:
0.06 ml = 200 μg
0.12 ml = 400 μg
0.18 ml = 600 μg
0.24 ml = 800 μg
GHRP-6 is banned by WADA for use in professional sports due to its potential role in:
stimulates the secretion of growth hormone
accelerate tissue repair
support muscle growth and strength
reduce regeneration time after exertion
increase appetite and calorie intake
Side effects are dose-dependent and include:
redness or pain at the injection site
increased appetite
fluid retention
fatigue or drowsiness
Less commonly reported are:
headache or dizziness
increase in cortisol and prolactin at higher doses
