CJC-1295 (Mod GRF 1-29) is a synthetic analog of Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH), composed of 29 amino acids. The modified version (Mod GRF 1-29) contains substitutions of several amino acids, which make it more stable and biologically active compared to the original Sermorelin. In published data, CJC-1295 has been observed to stimulate the pituitary gland to release growth hormone (GH) through a natural physiological mechanism, by enhancing the physiological pulses of GH. It is often combined with GHRP peptides (e.g., Ipamorelin) for a synergistic effect on GH secretion.
CJC-1295 (Mod GRF 1-29) is being researched for its potential effects on:
Growth hormone stimulation - observed activation of GH pulses and IGF-1 secretion.
Effect on anabolism and protein synthesis.
Joint and bone health - observed effect on mineralization and regeneration of bones and tendons.
Regeneration and recovery - observed effect on recovery processes after exertion.
Sleep quality regulation - supports deep sleep phases.
Anti-aging effects - observed effect on tissue regeneration and catabolic processes.
Metabolic effect - in research models, an effect on lipolysis has been observed.
In scientific literature, subcutaneous administration once daily of 100-300 μg daily, usually in the evening before sleep, has been described.
For 5 mg + 3 ml bacteriostatic water:
Concentration = 1.67 mg/ml → 0.06 ml = 100 μg
Approximate values for 5 mg:
0.06 ml = 100 μg
0.12 ml = 200 μg
0.18 ml = 300 μg
0.24 ml = 400 μg
CJC-1295 has been studied in clinical and preclinical settings.
In endocrinology, it shows an effective increase in GH and IGF-1 with good tolerability.
In sports medicine, it is being studied for its role in recovery, muscle growth, and fat reduction.
In gerontology, interest is related to its potential to slow down aging processes by maintaining high levels of GH and IGF-1 in old age.
Its combination with GHRP peptides has been reported to be more effective compared to standalone use.
CJC-1295 is prohibited by WADA for use in professional sports, as it can:
stimulate growth hormone secretion
accelerate muscle and tendon recovery
increase muscle mass and strength
aid in fat reduction
Reported adverse reactions in scientific literature are rare and usually mild:
redness or pain at the injection site
fatigue
headache
mild fluid retention
Less commonly, dizziness or temporary changes in appetite may be observed.
